Aiming to replace our day courses in an online format, these courses provide 8 -15 hours of CPD, to which you have unlimited access forever!  There are no set start dates or end dates – purchase, start and work through the course when it is most convenient for you.

Flexi Online CPD courses consist of four to eight modules (generally two hours each) consisting of a tutorial, a quiz and further reading articles.  There are no forums, written assignments or tutor involvement.  Perfect for those of you who hate forums, or are self motivated and can learn without tutor support.

A single module of flexi CPD is a stand alone course, consisting of a tutorial, quiz and further reading.  These modules take two hours to complete and provide two hours of CPD.  They cost £45 +VAT each, or you may select any four single modules to design your own flexi course for £155 +VAT

No – there are absolutely no deadlines or time limits.  You have an unlimited amount of time to earn the full CPD hours.

Flexi Online CPD courses consist of four to six modules (usually 2 hours each) consisting of a tutorial, a quiz and further reading articles. 

A four module flexi course costs £155 +VAT
A six module flexi course costs £195+VAT
A single module costs £45 +VAT (select any four for £155 +VAT)

Flexi courses are exempt from VAT for our international colleagues

Payment is required at the time of booking, and can be made by debit or credit card (directly on the website).

Yes of course. Please ask your practice manager / accounts department to book the tutored course(s) for you, using their own / practice details, and then during checkout please ask them to enter your name as the delegate in the ‘delegate name’ and ‘delegate email’ information boxes.

A new account will be registered for you (the delegate), and the course will be manually added to this new account.  Login information and course booking details will then be sent directly to you, with a copy sent to your person who booked the course on your behalf.  This will normally be within 3 working days of receiving the booking.

Payment with debit / credit card via the website is our preferred payment option, however, if you need an invoice and no other payment method is available to you, then please email [email protected] with all the following information:

• Full name of delegate
• Email address for delegate
• Course(s) booking
• Any discounts / promotions being redeemed
• Practice name and address
• Invoice address (if different to above)
• Practice code or reference if required (eg Vet4Pets practices)
• Email address to send the invoice (practice manager, accounts department or head office – not your own email address please)

Please note:

• Invoices must be requested a minimum of 4-6 weeks prior to a course starting, to allow time for the payment to be received
• Delegates will not be allowed access to any course without prior payment
• An invoice will be emailed to the contact provided and the course booking will be reserved for 7 days, whilst payment via debit / credit card or BACS is arranged
• There will be an administration fee of £2.50 per invoice generated. You may book multiple delegates / multiple courses on a single invoice to the same practice

Immediately following payment the flexi course will be available in your account, by visiting ‘My Courses’.  You will see the course and all the associated module tasks with immediate access

All the tutorials can be paused, moved forward or backwards and repeated as many times as you like, if you would like to listen again, or take notes.  The tutorials also come with a copy of the presentation slides, should you wish to annotate these during the tutorial.

If you would prefer, each tutorial is also available with English subtitles.  Please note, that these are automatically computer generated, so we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy, especially with drug names and medical terminology, for example.

Tutorials may be viewed on all Apple and Android computers, laptops, mobiles and tablets.

Yes of course – we use the ‘take notes’ app which allows you to pause the tutorial and make your own notes, at your leisure, during the course. These notes may then be saved in your ‘My Courses’ section (permanently), or you can print or download them.

The orange ‘Take Notes’ button appears just below the weekly learning objectives, and it opens a small pop-up window on the screen. There are some guided questions to follow the ‘Plan, Do, Record, Reflect’ for your RCVS Personal Development Records (PDR).

Yes – flexi online courses count towards your RCVS requirements of 45 hours in a 3 year period (average of 15 hours per year). The four modular courses provide 8 hours of CPD.

At the end of the course, a certificate will be automatically provided to download or print. The website will also keep a record of the courses you have completed, along with a running total of your CPD hours for the current year (Jan-Dec). These logs are permanently available from ‘My CPD Record‘. The RCVS does not ‘accredit’ or ‘kitemark’ any CPD providers or courses in the UK – please visit the RCVS website for further information.

Yes – all our flexi courses have been approved by the Australian Veterinary Nurse and Technician (AVNAT) Regulatory Council for CPD points for our colleagues in Australia.  The courses are also recognised by the New Zealand Veterinary Nursing Association (NZVNA) as providing approved CPD points, for our colleagues in New Zealand.

Yes of course you can!  The course material is available 24/7 so there are no issues with time zone differences.

Currently,  our courses are accredited and approved for CPD points in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa, and we have several RACE approved courses also.  Please double check with your own professional body (dependent upon your country) if they will accept UK based CPD.

Once you have purchased a flexi CPD course or module,  it will be immediately available to view from ‘My Courses’.

All eCPD courses have unlimited lifetime access, so you can come back to review the learning materials whenever you like, as often as you like!

If you make any personal notes during the tutorial using the ‘take notes’ app, these will be saved, along with your certificate and CPD record for permanent access in ‘My Courses’.
