  • All bookings must be made via email and paid via bank transfer, rather than by direct booking and payment on the website
  • Refunds will not possible in any situation, but transfers are always available
  • If a course is cancelled by us, due to poor delegate numbers, no refund will be provided. The delegate can transfer to any other course of the same value, or an alternative delegate may attend any other course of the same value
