Please add your flexi course, flexi module, eCPD tutorial or eCPD case study to the shopping basket and complete the checkout information form. Please use your own name, and email address when registering the account (not those of your practice). You may then use either your personal postal address or your practice postal address. 

You will be directed to select one of the following payment options:
  • Credit/Debit card – takes payment directly on the website via Stripe
  • Card – takes payment directly on the website via Woocomerce

Payments on the website will be authorised immediately, and you will receive an automatic receipt from Stripe and an order confirmation from the website. 

The course(s) will be immediately visible in your account, under ‘My Courses’ where you have unlimited lifetime access.

Courses can easily be purchased on behalf of your staff.  Please add the flexi course, flexi module, eCPD tutorial or eCPD case study to the shopping basket and complete the checkout information form. Please use your own name, and email address when registering the account (not those of your delegate), along with the practice postal address. 

Please then complete the delegate information boxes on the checkout form using the delegate’s full name and email address. 

You will be directed to pay with either a debit or credit card, which will be authorised immediately.  You will receive an automatic receipt from Stripe and an order confirmation from the website.  You will receive a detailed payment receipt via Quickfile, our accounting system, within 3 working days.  If you would like the payment receipt to contain a practice code or purchase order number, for example, then please add these details into the further information box during checkout.

A new personal account will be registered for the delegate, and the course will be manually added to their new account.  Login information will then be sent directly to the delegate, and you will also receive a copy.  This will normally be within 3 working days of receiving the booking.

Payment with debit / credit card via the website is our preferred payment option, however, if you need an invoice and no other payment method is available to you, then please email [email protected] with all the following information:

  • Full name of delegate
  • Email address for delegate
  • Course(s) booking
  • Any discounts / promotions being redeemed
  • Practice name and address
  • Invoice address (if different to above)
  • Practice code or reference if required (eg Vet4Pets practices)
  • Email address to send the invoice (practice manager, accounts department or head office – not your own email address please)
Please note
  • Delegates will not be allowed access to any course without prior payment
  • Please allow 4-6 weeks for the payment to be received
  • An invoice will be emailed to the contact provided and the course booking will be reserved for 7 days, whilst payment via debit / credit card or BACS is arranged
  • There will be an administration fee of £2.50 per invoice generated. You may book multiple delegates / multiple courses on a single invoice to the same practice
