Wildlife Nursing

This 45 minute eCPD tutorial discusses nursing injured wildlife in practice. We are often brought wildlife patients that require first aid treatment. This tutorial will provide some guidance on how we can help these patients and make their time in the vet practice as short and as stress-free as possible. I’ll be looking at basic first aid and triage for a variety of wildlife species, common presentations and any initial treatment that can be provided to aid their recovery. Both avian and mammal species are covered in this tutorial.
