Teddy is a 13yr old French bulldog that presented to the veterinary hospital after being treated for a corneal ulcer at his referring vets that was failing to heal. He was diagnosed with a Spontaneous Chronic Corneal Epithelial Defect (SCCED) or what is commonly known as a non-healing ulcer. This case study will discuss treatment options, surgery and post-operative considerations. .
