Please enter the correct answers in the following nutritional calculations
You will need to score 80% or more to pass
Click ‘view questions’ at the end of the quiz to see Nicola’s explanations

This activity is designed to help you practice the calculations we learnt this week as well as selecting the most appropriate diet designed to meet our patients’ needs.

Task:
Based on the formulas from the webinar and using the list of diets that we are going to imagine we have in our practice, please work through scenarios and answer the parts of each question

Tips:
1:  USE ONLY the RER calculation of (Bodyweight in Kgs x 30) + 70 regardless of weight, to avoid any minor discrepancies
2:  Please calculate your answers to the nearest whole number (eg. 234.8 = 235 and 75.4 = 75)
3:  Please select your diet from the table below and use the exact words when filling in the answers (eg wet kitten food = Hills Kitten Pouch)
4: Please make sure you read the question fully!

Best of luck 😊
