Description
This 60 minute online tutorial will discuss hospital care plans, which can be extremely useful when trying to meet hospitalised rabbits needs – their needs are often multi factorial and can be time consuming. Having a care plan in place can help to ensure optimum patient care that is reassessed at regular intervals. Care plans are designed to help assess each patient as an individual and set out a plan of care, with goals. There is space to record any possible problems that arise, and nursing actions taken. The plan for each patient should be assessed on a regular basis, depending on the individual, and then altered accordingly.
