Description

Course Summary

This 30 minute eCPD tutorial discusses the different ways of administering local anaesthetics, encouraging you to utilise them regularly.  Providing adequate analgesia is crucial for patients in pain or undergoing painful procedures. Local anaesthetics are often under-utilised in veterinary medicine, but with knowledge and understanding can contribute enormously to analgesia, meaning a pain-free and comfortable patient. There are many local anaesthetic techniques which may be easily utilised in veterinary practice.
