Many of the cases of poisoning that we see in dogs and cats are the result of a small number of common poisons.

In this 45 minute eCPD tutorial for vet nurses, we discuss a number of these common poisons including more familiar ones such as chocolate and anticoagulant rodenticides, as well as some more recently identified poisons such as xylitol (dogs), grapes/raisins (dogs) and lilies (cats). Before listening to this webcast why not find out more about the general approach to a poisoned patient by listening to the webcast entitled ‘Poisons – A General Approach’.

This CPD tutorial is worth 45 minutes towards your RCVS requirements.
