Canine Separation Related Conditions

It can be daunting to deal with problematic behaviour that is seen when a dog is separated from its owner or owners. There is also a tendency to inappropriately assign all such behaviour problems to the category of separation anxiety. This is not only misleading but can also result in inappropriate and/or ineffective behaviour programmes being implemented. This 70 minute online tutorial for veterinary nurses will detail a systematic approach to cases of this sort, and is designed to compliment the tutorial on separation anxiety and preventative measures recorded by my colleague Claire Hargrave.
