Belinda has been working as a veterinary nursing for over twenty years. She joined the Royal Veterinary College, Queen Mother Hospital in 2001 and in 2004 achieved the RCVS diploma in advanced surgical nursing. Then in 2006 she achieved the American veterinary technician specialist qualification in emergency and critical care, and is a member of the academy of veterinary emergency and critical care technicians specialist.
Belinda is an author of two book chapters in the BSAVA advanced nursing and BSAVA practical veterinary nursing, She is also a well renowned national and international speaker on veterinary nursing.
She is currently the senior nurse of the emergency & critical care department, at the Queen Mother Hospital, Royal Veterinary College and is currently studying for a masters in veterinary education.
